Online inspection of bearing surfaces is required to detect defects such as pits, scratches, and deformations.

The ZTVTech LS2208 Line Laser Profile Sensor is used. The LS2208 camera has a maximum frame rate of 6 kHz, which addresses depth-of-field issues during inspection and enables stable, high-precision detection of defects such as surface irregularities, scratches, and deformations on bearing surfaces. Additionally, it operates at speeds of up to 234 mm/s, meeting the demands of high-speed in-line inspection.
