The line laser profile sensor is an industrial sensor specifically designed for 3D high-precision measurement.
By integrating a high-precision algorithm with high-quality laser lines, it outputs high-precision 3D point cloud data in real time.

Product Features
FPGA acceleration enables profile rates up to 1,600 Hz, capturing a complete X-axis profile in one scan for real- time inline 3D inspection.
X-axis resolution reaches 6.9 um, with Z-axis repeatability up to 0.2 um and measurement ranges from 2 mm to +40mm.
No external controller required. Gigabit Ethernet supports simultaneous output of 3D height data and 2D grayscale images for measurement, positioning, and inspection.
