PCB Industry Inspection

Perform online inspection of the height of soldered components at three locations on a PCB; the system must be capable of scanning multiple chips simultaneously and accurately measuring the height of the soldered components.

Using the ZTVTech LS2008 Line Laser Profile Sensor, contour data for multiple chips can be acquired in a single scan, enabling high-speed, non-contact in-line inspection of the heights of three soldered components. With a dynamic repeatability accuracy of up to 0.03 mm, this solution effectively improves inspection efficiency and measurement stability.
